You Arrive & We Welcome You
We'll greet you by name the moment you walk in. Help yourself to our free WiFi and get settled. No rushed paperwork at the front desk — we handle as much as we can before you arrive.

We Listen — Really Listen
Before any exam or X-rays, we sit down and talk. What are your goals? Any concerns? Things you've been putting off? This is your time. We're not in a rush, and we genuinely want to hear everything.

Your Full Dental Exam
The doctor checks your teeth and gums thoroughly. We also do a quick oral cancer screening — it's painless and takes less than a minute. Catching things early is always better.

Low-Radiation Digital X-Rays
We take digital X-rays to see what's happening below the surface. Our equipment uses much less radiation than older X-ray machines. The whole thing takes just a few minutes.

Your Cleaning (Usually Same Day)
If your gums are healthy and no bigger issues need to come first, we'll do a full cleaning right then. You won't need to schedule a second trip just for that.

The Doctor Walks You Through Everything
At the end, the doctor reviews your X-rays and findings with you — in plain language, not dental jargon. If any treatment is suggested, they'll show you exactly what they're seeing, explain why, and give you a clear written estimate. No pressure. No surprises. Just honest answers.

What to Bring
Plan to arrive about 15 minutes early so you have time to settle in.
- Your dental insurance card — if you have dental coverage
- A list of your current medications and dosages — only if you didn't fill this out in your pre-appointment forms
- That's really it. We've kept it simple on purpose.

Patients Under 18
A parent or guardian needs to be present for anyone under 18 years old.
Health Conditions
Please let us know before your visit if you have diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves or joints, rheumatic fever, or a prior joint replacement. This helps us plan your care safely and comfortably.
Medications
Tell us if you take heart medications, blood thinners, or aspirin — or if you've been told you need antibiotics before dental cleanings. A quick heads-up before your appointment makes a big difference for your safety.
