The is by far the worst dentist’s experience I have ever had. The visits started off nicely with pleasant hygienists, however, I made the mistake of referring family members. They experienced high pressure sales jobs on each visit. After a family member decided to cancel their upcoming procedures which they pre-paid and generated credit on their behalf, the billing department called and informed me that I all the sudden had generated a debt. Keep in mind I have never once received a bill after using this dentist for years. The representative literally told me that my bill was the exact amount of credit that my family member had generated as a credit. The office manager had instructed the employee to withhold refunding their credit until I paid the alleged bill. Per Georgia law, this is illegal when both parties are adults. There is some serious shading business going on, I would suggest looking elsewhere!

The Whole Dental team embraced my concerns and grievances that I shared from previous dental experiences.. All my questions and concerns were addressed before I agreed to have Any work done.. The whole team constantly followed up with me until I agreed to have work done with Dr.Lewis and Smile. . The professionalism and Synergy is Electric and evident throughout the whole office.. the ambiance is Spa like and very relaxing ...Everyone is patient and courteous.. you do not ever get the feeling of just being a number to punch.. nothing seems rushed.Everone is patient concerned and will not let you leave until every concern is met and the patient is comfortable and satisfied from dental services to payments... I went in with 25 teeth and today., Thanks to Dr.Lewis and Smile..I proudly have 31 teeth.. call and set up a consultation .. You will not be disappointed..

The atmosphere is so welcoming first and foremost. The staff from Dionne, Kierra, and Dr. Lewis are all amazing. I have a fear of dentist, but I went back with little to no anxiety. I avoid the dentist at all cost, but I think I’ve finally found a practice that I’m sticking with for sure! I highly recommend Dr. Lewis!
